Before Booking
To ensure a safe and relaxing experience for everyone, please take a moment to read the following before confirming your booking.
Health & Safety
Sauna use involves exposure to high temperatures.
If you have medical conditions, heart problems, are pregnant, or take prescription medication,
please consult your GP before booking.
Always listen to your body and step outside if you feel dizzy, uncomfortable, or overheated.
What to Bring
We recommend bringing:
• Swimwear or sauna-appropriate clothing
• Two towels (one to sit on, one to dry with)
• Water to stay hydrated
• Flip-flops or sandals
Jewellery should be removed before entering the sauna as metal can become very hot.
Sauna Etiquette
To keep the sauna enjoyable for everyone:
• Always sit on a towel
• Do not touch the stove or stones
• Only pour the provided sauna water onto the rocks
• Alcohol and smoking are not permitted
• Please be respectful of others sharing the space
Session Length
Most people stay in the sauna for 5–12 minutes at a time, followed by a cooling break outside.
The maximum recommended time per round is 20 minutes.
Booking & Cancellations
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours before your session using the link in your confirmation email.
Changes made within 48 hours of the booking are non-refundable, unless the session can be resold.
Children
Children 13+ may attend when accompanied by a responsible adult.
Children must never be left unattended.
Children under 6 years old are not permitted.
