Do I need sauna experience to attend?

Not at all. Many of our guests are first-time sauna visitors. We will guide you through the basics, and you can always step outside whenever you wish. The sauna experience is very personal — simply listen to your body.

What should I wear?

Please wear swimwear, a towel, or sauna-appropriate clothing.

We recommend bringing:
• Swimwear
• Two towels (one to sit on, one to dry with)
• Water to stay hydrated
• Flip-flops or sandals

How long should I stay in the sauna?

Most people stay in the sauna between 5 and 15 minutes per round.
Sessions should generally not exceed 20 minutes at a time.

You can step out whenever you wish to cool down.

How many rounds should I do?

Many people enjoy 2–3 rounds of heat and cooling.
However, even one round can feel wonderful.

Sauna is not a competition — do what feels right for your body.

Can I pour water on the stones?

Yes — but only the water provided.

Pour small amounts slowly onto the stones to create steam (called löyly). Please follow any instructions given during the session.

Can I bring alcohol?

No. Alcohol is not permitted in or around the sauna.

Hydration with water is strongly recommended instead.

Can I come alone?

Absolutely. Many people attend community sessions solo and enjoy the relaxed social atmosphere.

Sauna is a lovely place to meet new people or simply unwind quietly.

What if I feel too hot or uncomfortable?

Simply step outside and cool down.

Sauna should always feel relaxing, not overwhelming. Listening to your body is the most important rule.

Who should avoid using a sauna?

If you have medical conditions, heart problems, are pregnant, or take certain medications, please consult your GP before booking.

Can children attend?

Children 13+ may attend when accompanied by an adult.
Children must always be supervised.

Children under 6 years old are not permitted in the sauna.

What happens if I need to cancel my booking?

You may reschedule or cancel up to 48 hours before your session using the link in your confirmation email.

Can I transfer my booking to someone else?

Yes. If you cannot attend, you are welcome to transfer your booking to a friend. Just let us know before the session.
