Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we always try to be as flexible as possible while running a small independent business.
Rescheduling or Cancelling (48+ hours notice)
You may reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 48 hours before your session using the link in your confirmation email.
Private Hire Sauna Bookings
If a Private Sauna session is cancelled more than 48 hours before the booking, you will receive a refund minus a £5 administration fee.
Please allow 5–10 days for the refund to appear in your account.
When Joining others Bookings
If this type is cancelled more than 48 hours before the booking, you will receive a credit note as standard.
If you would prefer a refund instead of a credit note, please email us and we will be happy to arrange this subject to a £5 administration fee.
Late Changes (within 48 hours)
If you cancel or reschedule less than 48 hours before your booking, the session is non-refundable and non-transferable.
However, if we are able to resell your spot, we will do our best to move your booking to a later date, subject to a £5 administration fee.
Transferring Your Booking
You are welcome to transfer your booking to a friend if you cannot attend.
Please let us know in advance so we can update the booking with their details.
