Our sustainably built sauna is warmed by a traditional Nordic stone heater, creating a gentle, natural heat. The temperature is usually maintained between 70°C and 90°C, while it can reach a maximum of 110°C for a deeper and more intense sauna experience.
[ Séances ]
At selected times, we host guided sauna séances as well, with a trained sauna master to help you enhance your sauna experience and clear your mind. You are invited to enjoy the sauna in shorter rounds, allowing the body to heat gradually before cooling down and resting between sessions. Aromatic steam is created by pouring water infused with natural essential oils over the heated stones.
During the séance, gentle waves of warm air are circulated through the sauna, intensifying the heat while releasing calming aromas such as citrus, eucalyptus or pine. Each séance lasts around 15-30 minutes and is designed to deepen relaxation while creating a shared and memorable sauna experience.
